Richard Eng (伍經衡) is co-founder of Hong Kong famous tutorial school - Beacon College (遵理學校) in Yuen Long. He teach students on answering techniques in the examinations and provide tips which topics may appear on the coming examination.
He become idolized and attract many students to take his lessons. He become “King of tutors (補習天王)”.
