Joseph Zen Ze-kiun, SDB (陳日君樞機) is a Chinese Cardinal of the Catholic Church, who serviced as the 6th Bishop of Hong Kong. He was elevated to the cardinalate in 2006, and is famous for his outspoken disposition on issues regarding human rights, political freedom, and religious liberty, often attracting criticism from the Communist Party of China.

Allen Lee Peng-fei CBE, JP (李鵬飛) is a veteran Hong Kong politician.

Allen Lee was a senior member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, before seats were opened to elections. He was formerly the leader of the Liberal Party.

He was elected a deputy to the National People’s Congress in late 1997. On February 19, 2004, he announced his resignation from his seat in the National People’s Congress and his job as a radio host, complaining that he was unable to express himself freely.

Frederick Ma Si-hang (馬時亨) is the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong. He was appointed to his current position in July, 2007. Mr Ma was Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury from July 2002 to June 2007.

Frederick Ma was previously Group Chief Financial Officer of PCCW Limited and before then a private banker with JP Morgan Private Bank, part of JP Morgan Chase.
